Windows Problems
Is your computer not behaving how you want it to? It can be dealt with. Things like
dodgy settings, badly-made programs, corrupted files and the like can cause all sorts
of inexplicable problems, which can usually be solved quickly.
Before you call, think about what happened before your problem started; did you install any new programs, add any new hardware, change any settings you weren’t sure about, let someone else loose on it, or do anything at all different?
