Upgrades

A CD improving his computer If your computer isn’t quite as fast as you’d like – or runs like a three-legged dog – upgrading it is well worth the money. Unless your computer is very old – say, slower than 300 MHz (and that’s antique in computer terms) – it can usually have a few parts altered that will make the whole thing feel like new. Even if current parts won’t work with your computer, we can get older parts that are still a lot better.

Knowing what and when to upgrade can be complicated. Give us a call, or email a description of your current machine to us, and we’ll suggest your best option. It’s best if you can give us the specifications, like processor speed, hard disk size, amount of memory, and brand names/numbers if possible.

On the other hand, if you'd like to keep a spare computer or if your current one is just too old to upgrade - or even if you haven't got one at all - we can build you a brand new one. Custom built computers are always the best way to go, since we can make one that does exactly what you want a computer to do, using reliable, top-notch components, without anything you won't use to bump up the price.

We can even get hold of decent second-hand computers for as low as £100, if you only need word-processing and internet access. Give us a call and see what we can come up with.
