Charges
We charge £15 as a minimum fee, which will cover up to half an hour's work. Time after that is charged at an average of £20 per hour.
However, we often agree charges beforehand rather than by time, as it's sometimes hard to predict how long a given issue will take.
If you need new hardware, we can get it for you at cost, or discuss the best places. We're quite happy to use anything you get yourself.
Most issues can be dealt with within half an hour, but we do give free estimates and don't charge call-out fees (to within a reasonably local area - call if you're not sure). And if we don't fix it, or can't explain why we can't fix it and how it can be fixed, you won't be charged anything.
We survive on our reputation, so we'll always do our very best to earn a good one.
